Local privilege escalation via RunArray growth overflow

Out-of-bounds write in Android 12 through 15, including 12L, allows local users to escalate privileges without user interaction. SkRegion.cpp's RunArray::resizeToAtLeast adds half of count to itself in a signed integer, so overflow can undersize the allocation before region data is written. A low-privileged local process must reach the System component; successful memory corruption grants elevated privileges and can compromise device data and operation.
