Credential disclosure via stale authenticator account data

Information disclosure in Google Android 12, 12L, 13, 14, and 15 allows local users to expose account credentials to a third-party app. AccountManagerService.validateAccountsInternal fails to purge stored account data when an authenticator type is rebound to a different app UID, leaving the replacement app able to receive credentials. Exploitation requires a locally installed replacement authenticator but needs no user interaction; the reported consequence is credential disclosure only.
