Locked-device data access via accessory timeout

Incorrect USB access control in Google Android 12 through 15 allows physically proximate attackers to access device contents while locked. UsbDeviceManager.handleMessage restores mScreenUnlockedFunctions after an accessory-mode function-switch timeout instead of disabling data transfer. A USB connection and a timed-out accessory-mode switch are required; no user interaction or additional execution privileges are needed.
