HTML injection in RWS MultiTrans 7.0.23324.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter sent-email layouts via crafted payloads. Public records identify sent-email HTML output as the affected locus but do not disclose which field accepts the payload or how neutralization fails. The attack requires a recipient to render the email, enabling deceptive content that supports phishing without interrupting the underlying service.
