Authenticated account-name disclosure via missing visibility check

Improper access control in CTFd 2.0.0 through 3.7.2 allows remote authenticated users to read challenge-solver account names. The ChallengeSolves API resource omits the check_account_visibility decorator and returns solve records when account visibility is disabled. Any authenticated account can query the endpoint; the disclosure identifies which users or teams completed a challenge without altering data or interrupting service.
