Unauthenticated credential disclosure via configuration export

Improper access control in TOTOLINK LR350 9.3.5u.6369_B20220309 allows remote attackers to disclose router credentials via HTTP. The /cgi-bin/ExportSettings.sh handler serves the apmib configuration backup without authorization, and the decoded file exposes its username and password. No authentication or user interaction is required; a network-reachable management interface is enough to retrieve configuration secrets.
