IDOR in Projectworlds Doctor Appointment Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to view and alter other doctors' appointments. The /doctor/view-appointment-detail.php page uses editid to select an appointment without verifying that the active doctor session is authorized for it. A doctor account is required; changing the numeric identifier discloses appointment details and enables approval or cancellation.
