Authenticated password-policy bypass via unchecked update request

Password-policy bypass in Silverpeas 6.4.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to set noncompliant account passwords. The update request accepts the replacement password without repeating the complexity check performed by the preceding validation request. An authenticated user must alter the second POST request; exploitation weakens that user's own account password rather than granting additional privileges.
