Service hang via oversized password hashing

Resource exhaustion in Silverpeas 6.4.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to make the portal unresponsive via password changes. The password-change handler hashes attacker-supplied passwords of about 1 MB without first enforcing a practical length limit, consuming enough resources to stall the application. Any authenticated account can trigger the condition over the network, and the demonstrated consequence is an application hang rather than data disclosure or modification.
