Stored script execution via unsanitized playlist fields
Published Aug 26, 2024 · Updated Aug 26, 2024
Stored XSS in Kashipara Group Music Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser via playlist fields. The save_playlist action stores the title and description parameters without neutralizing embedded HTML or script before later page rendering. Execution requires a user to view the stored playlist, exposing browser-accessible data and actions in that user's session.
