Authenticated SQL injection via profile ID
Published Aug 21, 2024 · Updated Aug 21, 2024
SQL injection in Kashipara Group Music Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL via a crafted profile ID. The view_user.php endpoint incorporates the id parameter into a database query without neutralizing SQL control characters, allowing the supplied value to alter the query. A valid user session is required; successful injection permits database operations available to the application's MySQL account.
