Remote code execution via normalized UNC path

Code injection in Docmosis Tornado 2.9.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted UNC path. Windows path normalization changes forward slashes to backslashes after the UNC-path restriction is checked, allowing a network script path to pass the filter. Exploitation requires a user to restart the service, after which attacker-controlled code runs with the service's privileges.
