Stored XSS in Alkacon OpenCMS 17.0 allows remote attackers to inject JavaScript through an article image title sub-field. The Create/Modify article function stores the image title without neutralizing script markup before the value is rendered in a page. Viewing an affected article executes the stored payload in the viewer's browser, exposing data and actions available within the site's origin.
