Broker crash via out-of-bounds property read

Heap-based buffer overflow in NanoMQ 0.22.10 allows remote attackers to crash the MQTT broker with a crafted CONNECT message. The decode_buf_properties function reads one byte beyond the allocated heap buffer while decoding attacker-controlled MQTT properties. No authentication is required; successful exploitation crashes the broker process and interrupts MQTT service.
