Remote debug-build crash via QoS assertion

Reachable assertion in FlashMQ 1.14.0 allows remote attackers to crash debug builds through a crafted MQTT message. PublishCopyFactory::getNewPublish assumes the copied publish object's QoS is zero and asserts when a retained message with a nonzero topic alias and persistent session leaves it above zero. The condition requires a debug build and the stated message and session state; successful triggering terminates the broker and interrupts its MQTT service.
