File creation via forged administrator request
Published Aug 12, 2024 · Updated Aug 13, 2024
Cross-site request forgery in Frog CMS 0.9.5 allows remote attackers to create files through an administrator's browser. The create_file action accepts attacker-supplied path and name fields and calls file_put_contents without validating a CSRF token or request origin. An authenticated administrator must submit the attacker-controlled form, which creates an empty file at the chosen file-manager path.
