Page deletion via forged administrative request
Published Aug 12, 2024 · Updated Aug 15, 2024
CSRF in Frog CMS 0.9.5 allows remote attackers to delete site pages through a forged administrative POST request. The page-deletion route accepts a cross-origin form containing only the route value, without a request-specific anti-CSRF token. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator's browser to submit the forged request, and the demonstrated consequence is deletion of page 10.
