Cross-site request forgery in Pligg CMS 2.0.2 allows remote attackers to create pages through an authenticated moderator's browser. The admin/submit_page.php handler accepts attacker-supplied page fields and inserts a page without validating a request-bound anti-CSRF token. A moderator or administrator must be logged in and induced to submit the crafted cross-origin POST, which creates attacker-chosen CMS content.
