Plaintext password storage in TECHNO SUPPORT COMPANY Smart-tab installed April 2023 or earlier allows physically proximate attackers to retrieve credentials. The vendor and JPCERT/CC have not disclosed the storage location or the operation that writes the password without encryption. Physical access to the Android tablet is required; the recovered credential lets an attacker impersonate that device to the related external service.
