Cross-tenant data control via unbounded etcd ranges

Improper access control in Clastix Kamaji 1.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read, write, and delete other tenants' data. EtcdClient.GrantPrivileges grants READWRITE access from a tenant prefix through the global \0 range end instead of stopping at that prefix. Exploitation requires another control plane's name and the user certificates for the attacker-controlled plane, or permission to reconfigure its kube-apiserver deployment.
