Arbitrary memory read via unchecked tensor pointer

Out-of-bounds read in llama.cpp before b3561 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary process addresses through the RPC server. rpc_server::get_tensor accepts a user-controlled rpc_tensor.data pointer and passes it to ggml_backend_cpu_buffer_get_tensor, which copies from that address without verifying that the requested range stays inside the allocated backend buffer. Exploitation requires an RPC-enabled, network-reachable server; the flaw provides a memory-disclosure primitive, with no standalone write or code-execution capability established.
