Improper login-attempt restriction in upKeeper Manager 5.1.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to perform unlimited password guesses. The login interface accepts an unlimited number of username-and-password attempts without rate limiting or resource restrictions. No authentication or user interaction is required; repeated guesses compromise an account when valid credentials are found.
