Authentication throttling failure in upKeeper Manager 5.1.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to abuse two-factor authentication. The two-factor authentication flow does not impose rate limits or sufficient attempt restrictions on repeated verification-code submissions. An account with a valid first factor can repeatedly try second-factor codes, exposing protected account functions when a code is guessed.
