Authenticated user-data disclosure via trusted REST key
Published Aug 16, 2024 · Updated Aug 16, 2024
Authorization bypass in upKeeper Manager 5.1.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access information about other users. A user-controlled key causes the REST interface to trust a System resource without enforcing authorization for the referenced user's data. A valid low-privilege account and network access to the REST interface are required; the disclosed data is limited to user information.
