Service interruption via malformed PEM certificate

Out-of-bounds write in Cesanta Mongoose 7.14 and Siemens Reyrolle 7SR5 before V2.70 allows local users to interrupt service. The built-in TLS PEM certificate parser mishandles unexpected delimiter characters and writes beyond a memory buffer while loading the certificate. Exploitation requires high privileges and user interaction to supply the malformed certificate; public advisories do not identify the exact parser function or whether interruption manifests as a crash or hang.
