CI code execution via unvalidated artifact metadata

Environment-variable injection in Litestar 2.10.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code in a GitHub Actions runner. The docs-preview workflow appends the unvalidated contents of an artifact-supplied .pr_number file to GITHUB_ENV, so an injected newline defines LD_PRELOAD and loads attacker code when the deployment action starts Node.js. A malicious pull request must make Tests And Linting upload the crafted artifact; successful execution exposes the documentation deploy token and grants issue and pull-request write access.
