Authorization bypass via third-party key-table substitution

Public-key confusion in Biscuit Rust 4 allows remote authenticated users to bypass a delegated authorization check with a forged request. ThirdPartyBlockRequest accepts a caller-supplied publicKeys table, letting the holder substitute a key so generated Datalog trusts the holder's keypair instead of the intended authority. Exploitation requires a legitimate token and a third-party authority that generates blocks with trusted annotations; the forged token bypasses the requirement for another authority's block.
