Memory disclosure via RFC 2047 encoder over-read

Heap buffer over-read in Zabbix Server allows remote authenticated users to read small fragments of server memory through crafted email data. The str_base64_encode_rfc2047 function in src/libs/zbxmedia/email.c reads beyond a heap buffer while encoding a crafted non-ASCII email header. High-privilege access to a network-reachable server is required, and the reported consequence is limited to disclosure of a small amount of process memory.
