Service interruption via nftables packet tracing

Denial of service in the Linux kernel 5.2 and later allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through nftables packet tracing. nft_trace_init() calls __skb_get_hash() to identify traced packets, causing __skb_flow_dissect() to reach a WARN_ON_ONCE assertion when symmetric dissection is not requested. Low-privileged local access and active nftables tracing are required; the warning interrupts service where kernel warnings are configured to panic.
