Local kernel use-after-free via decoder-close race

Use-after-free in the Qualcomm Venus video decoder in Linux allows local users to trigger a kernel-memory read-after-free during decoding. Firmware HFI callbacks queue delayed buffer-release work, while vdec_close frees the decoder instance without first cancelling that work. A local user must decode through Qualcomm Venus hardware and race closure of the decoder device; the stale work then accesses the freed instance.
