Root-shell access via unprotected UART interface

Improper access control in Digisol DG-GR1321 firmware 3.2.02 allows physically proximate attackers to access a root shell via UART. The serial debug interface exposes an unauthenticated root terminal after UART pins are identified, rather than enforcing access control. Physical access to hardware version 3.7L is required; successful access exposes sensitive device information and grants root-level command execution.
