Kernel crash via misordered CIFS initialization cleanup

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux CIFS client allows local users to crash affected kernels during module initialization. The init_cifs error path calls destroy_workqueue on serverclose_wq after cleanup has already made the workqueue pointer NULL because resources are released in the wrong order. Reachability requires a CIFS module initialization failure; the resulting NULL dereference interrupts availability without reported data access or modification.
