System hang via SCSI disk teardown deadlock

Improper locking in the Linux kernel allows local users to hang storage operations by racing SCSI disk removal with release. sd_remove freezes the block queue before taking disk->open_mutex, while sd_release holds that mutex and waits to enter the frozen queue, creating an ABBA deadlock. Triggering the race requires local access to concurrent SCSI disk removal and block-device release paths; affected tasks remain blocked and storage work stops.
