System crash via miscalculated uevent memory move

Out-of-bounds memory access in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system through a crafted uevent environment. The zap_modalias_env() helper miscalculates the memmove length when removing MODALIAS from a nonfinal position in its environment array, causing access past the allocated buffer. A local account must be able to trigger the affected uevent path; the published vendor impact is limited to loss of availability.
