Local kernel corruption via misdirected ICB size write

Memory corruption in the qla2xxx SCSI driver in Linux 4.20 and later allows local users to corrupt kernel memory during HBA initialization. The exchange-offload setup writes an ICB count through the wrong pointer, overwriting init_cb_size and driving out-of-bounds zeroing and mismatched DMA frees. Reachability requires a Fibre Channel HBA in target or dual mode with exchange offload and counts above 2048; reinitialization can expose kernel memory, panic the host, or enable kernel-level code execution.
