Remote kernel crash via unchecked NVMe local port

Null-pointer dereference in the Linux qla2xxx NVMe/FC driver allows remote attackers on the Fibre Channel fabric to crash the kernel. Concurrent NVMe/FC registration paths can leave nvme_local_port unset after qla_nvme_register_hba() fails, yet qla_nvme_register_remote() continues and passes that null pointer to nvme_fc_register_remoteport(). Reachability requires an NVMe/FC-capable qla2xxx adapter on a Fibre Channel fabric; the crash aborts driver loading and can leave the storage path unusable.
