Local system crash via unmapped NVMe request

A NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel NVMe PCI driver allows local users to crash affected systems during request cleanup. nvme_unmap_data() attempts to unmap request data even when no data mapping exists because the request has no physical segments, causing an invalid dereference. Exploitation requires local access to the affected NVMe request path; the documented consequence is an availability-only service interruption.
