Information exposure in affected Octopus Server 2022.2 and 2022.3 builds allows remote authenticated users to view user access data. The user and role listing functionality fails to enforce assigned permissions, returning all users, roles, and permission assignments to an account with no permissions. An authenticated account created with no permissions is sufficient; exposure is limited to access-control metadata, with no reported modification or service impact.
