Page-fault access via incorrect GEM mmap boundaries

Boundary-calculation error in Linux 4.9 and later i915 GEM mmap handling allows local users to trigger page-fault access. The mapping code takes the lesser of the requested and object sizes without subtracting a partial mapping offset, producing incorrect start and end boundaries. Reachability requires local access, an Intel i915 graphics device, and a GEM mapping request with a partial offset; the published consequence is limited to page-fault access.
