Service interruption via forced huge-page alignment

Resource exhaustion in affected Linux kernel builds allows local users to interrupt 32-bit processes through large anonymous mappings. The __thp_get_unmapped_area function tests CONFIG_32BIT, which is unset on x86_32, and therefore continues to pad and align mappings to huge-page boundaries instead of returning normal placement. The flaw requires low-privileged local code on a 32-bit system and can consume its constrained virtual address space until required mappings fail.
