Local service interruption via unsupported page-cache order

Availability failure in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through oversized page-cache folios. xas_split_alloc attempts to split a folio order that xarray cannot represent because MAX_PAGECACHE_ORDER permits PMD-sized page-cache folios beyond xarray's supported limit. Reachability requires an ARM64 system with 64 KB base pages and 512 MB huge pages plus XFS or shmem page-cache activity; panic_on_warn turns the warning into a kernel panic and service interruption.
