Kernel crash via premature AIL disablement

Denial of service in Linux allows attackers to crash powerpc pseries systems via scv instructions during a kexec transition. The pseries kexec sequence disables AIL before secondary CPUs stop, so an scv interrupt from a still-running CPU enters at an unsupported real-mode vector and crashes the kernel. Triggering the transition requires CAP_SYS_BOOT and an affected powerpc pseries system with scv support; the consequence is a host crash during reboot.
