Service interruption via overlapping display watermark copy

A memory overlap flaw in Linux kernel 6.7 through 6.9.8 allows local users to interrupt service through AMD display mode programming. The dml_core_mode_programming routine calls memcpy on the Watermark object even though mode_lib->mp.Watermark and locals->Watermark resolve to the same address, making the overlapping copy undefined. The path requires low privileges and an affected AMD display configuration; the published impact is service interruption, not data disclosure or modification.
