Local credential disclosure via plaintext storage

Plaintext credential storage in HCL Workload Scheduler before 10.2.3 allows local users to read stored user credentials. HCL has not disclosed which component or storage resource writes the credentials without encryption or access protection. A low-privileged account with local host access is sufficient, and the reported consequence is limited to credential disclosure without data modification or service interruption.
