Server-side request forgery in HCL BigFix Patch Download Plug-ins allows local users to download files from services on localhost. HCL has not published the affected function or the input-validation failure that permits a plug-in download request to target localhost. Exploitation requires local access, low privileges, user interaction, and high complexity; the disclosed consequence is limited file disclosure.
