CVE-2024-42176Network attack vector

Account access via unrestricted concurrent sessions

Published Mar 19, 2025 · Updated Mar 19, 2025

Concurrent login weakness in HCL MyXalytics 6.3 and 6.4 allows remote authenticated users to access accounts with shared credentials. HCL has not published the affected function or implementation details; the documented failure is that session handling permits simultaneous active sessions for one credential. Exploitation requires valid low-privilege credentials and user interaction, and the vendor-scored consequence is limited to account or sensitive-information access.
