Session hijacking via attacker-supplied URL token

Session fixation in HCL Software MyXalytics 6.3 allows remote authenticated users to access a victim's login session via a crafted URL. The application accepts a session token supplied in the URL and associates it with the victim's authentication instead of issuing a fresh post-login token. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and victim interaction, after which the attacker can act within the victim's session without interrupting service.
