MFA removal via predictable password-reset tokens

Weak token generation in FIWARE Keyrock 8.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disable another user's MFA via a predicted key. The disable_2fa_key generator uses a predictable password-reset token algorithm, allowing future keys to be derived after multiple reset tokens are issued. Any registered non-admin account can collect those tokens and submit a predicted disable_2fa link for an arbitrary user, removing MFA without that user's session.
