Filesystem disruption via invalid f2fs fault attributes

Improper input validation in Linux kernel f2fs branches beginning with 3.8 allows local users to set out-of-range fault-injection attributes. f2fs_build_fault_attr narrowed unchecked rates and accepted type masks at or above BIT(FAULT_MAX) from mount-option and sysfs inputs. Reachability requires CONFIG_F2FS_FAULT_INJECTION and permission to mount or configure f2fs; invalid settings can disrupt filesystem I/O and allocations.
