Authenticated script execution via unencoded layout setting

Cross-site scripting in pgAdmin 4 8.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script through a crafted layout setting. The /settings/store endpoint persists a crafted layout value, and utils.js embeds it in a JavaScript string without JSON encoding, letting the value break into executable code. The attacker needs an authenticated session to store the value; reloading the pgAdmin interface triggers script execution in that user's browser.
